Welcomes of the Week: New NOVUS Glass in Northwest Territories

Hay River, Northwest Territories — NOVUS Glass has added another location to its growing presence across Canada, serving the thriving communities in and around Hay River, in the Northwest Territories.

NOVUS Glass Hay River is a state-of-the-art facility that prides itself on providing exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to get things done in a timely manner, said NOVUS. The new location is equipped to repair or replace automotive glass of all makes and models of vehicles at competitive prices, and also operates a fully equipped NOVUS Glass van allowing its team to repair or replace automotive glass wherever the customers are located.

Owner Mike King sees the new venture as an excellent opportunity to expand his current tire sales and service business that has been a respected fixture among the communities in the NWT and Nunavut for the past 24 years.

“The NOVUS Glass franchise is a good fit to our current business,” says Mike. “Having the ability to incorporate this business into our current one was a very big factor for us, and it made complete business sense to align our business with the NOVUS Glass franchise model. Also, the NOVUS Glass team has been very encouraging and supportive along the way.”

NOVUS Glass Hay River continues to invest in new equipment that allows its team to repair or replace automotive glass in a safe and timely manner. In the coming months, Mike plans to incorporate Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) into the service offering to ensure that his customers’ safety systems function smoothly and that their families are safe.

“Our business has always had a family aspect to it,” adds Mike. “Our family has always been part of the current tire business. We will always work with the customer to meet their needs and expectations. I am looking forward to adding the NOVUS Glass to our current business and continuing to grow.”

“Mike and his team are determined to push all limits to expand their automotive business in the community and I am confident that their latest venture will deliver on their customers’ expectations,” said Chris Peterson, Regional Vice President for Western Canada, Fix Network. “At Fix Network, we support such inspired team members in every way possible so that they can grow and succeed in their venture.”
