North York, Ontario — Fix Auto North York has announced its grand opening. Led by Roger Seochand, the new franchise is reportedly committed to innovation, quality and a strong community focus.
According to a recent press release, Seochand’s journey into the automotive industry first began with no prior experience. “He started from the shop floor and advanced to become a lead painter. His love for auto repair, combined with a desire for independence, motivated him to establish his own collision repair business,” the press release said.
“Building the business from scratch, forging strong partnerships and meeting customer demands has been both challenging and rewarding,” Seochand commented. “It’s made owning a collision repair shop a natural and fulfilling path for me.”
The press release continued by outlining how Seochand’s philosophy as a business owner is “deeply influenced by the core values of integrity, hard work and community involvement inculcated in him from a young age. His shop not only excels in technical proficiency, but also actively participates in community initiatives. From sponsoring local youth sports teams to offering internships, Fix Auto York is committed to supporting local engagement and fostering safety awareness.”
Seochand further eagerly embraces technological advancements in automotive repair, including the transition to electric vehicles and advanced driver-assistance systems.
“This partnership with Fix allows us to implement best practices that extend our service scope and ensures a competitive edge,” Seochand explained.
The shop also recently underwent strategic upgrades to help elevate service quality. Specifically, as noted in the press release, “with innovations like the Car-O-Liner frame machine, a new prep station and the AirPro scanning tool, the shop aims to prioritize precision and efficiency.”
“These improvements, alongside a renovated customer area, underscores Seochand’s commitment to excellence, innovation and customer satisfaction.”
Seochand concluded that “investing in our technicians ensures we stay ahead in industry trends and deliver unmatched service.”
Finally, Amin Youssef, regional vice-president commented that “welcoming Roger and his team to the Fix Auto family is truly exciting. His commitment to community service and high standards align perfectly with our brand values. We are excited to see Fix Auto North York become a pivotal part of the community.”
Collision Repair magazine would like to extend congratulations to Seochand and the Fix Auto North York team on this next step in their collision repair journey.
