Markham, Ontario — CSN Midtown located in Windsor, Ontario is the latest repairer to join the CSN network, the company announced last week.
CSN Midtown is owned and operated by one of CSN’s long-standing MSOs, Joe Di Carlo and Vince Paesano, who also own CSN JJ Dominion and CSN Riverside in Windsor.
Formerly known to the community as F&J Collision, CSN says the facility is renowned for being customer oriented. Being trusted to provide their customers with an easy collision repair experience is something the network says Paesano and Di Carlo, take seriously.
The collision centre has been repairing vehicles for 25 years.
“Our staff are accommodating and take the stress out of an accident. We make the process of dealing with a collision easy for the customer and we take pride in that,” said Paesano.
Consolidation remains the forecast for the collision industry with no end in sight. As such, there is no mystery that networks and their individual locations are vying for much-needed market share.
Di Carlo said he knows that, with CSN, there is a clear path to increased profitability by leveraging partnerships and marketing tools.
“I’m excited for the relationships with dealers that we’ll now be able to access. We know how committed the CSN network is to OEM certification so that is also a great opportunity for us.”
“Joe and Vince are excellent operators and veterans of this industry. We know that with the resources they have, the shared best practices from their other 2 locations, and the leadership they show, it will prove to be a recipe for continued success for CSN Midtown,” said Larry French, CSN Collision Centres VP, of Sales.
