Waterloo, Ontario — The latest facility signed to CSN Collision Centres’ roster is CSN Koebel’s, located in Waterloo, Ontario, the company announced October 12.
CSN Koebel’s is owned by one of CSN’s original founders and collision industry stalwart, Rob Pavan. Managed by long-time colleague Tony Koebel, the 14,000 sq. ft. facility is in a position to continue to deliver outstanding repairs and customer service to the drivers of Waterloo, says CSN.
With a sterling reputation within the community, CSN says its newest signee is known for being customer-oriented. Being trusted to provide their customers with an easy collision repair experience is something location manager, Tony Koebel doesn’t take for granted.
“Our staff is accommodating and takes the stress out of an accident. We make the process of dealing with a collision easy for the customer and we take pride in that,” Koebel’s said.
Consolidation remains the forecast for the collision industry with no end in sight. As such, there is no mystery that networks and their individual locations are vying for much-needed market share. Koebel believes that with CSN there is a clear path to increased profitability by leveraging partnerships and marketing tools.
“I’m really excited about the relationships with dealers that we’ll now be able to access. We know how committed the CSN network is to OEM certification so that is also a great opportunity for us.”
Providing additional support to its locations when it comes to marketing to industry stakeholders like OEMs and insurers along with local, digital, and traditional marketing to customers, the potential growth for CSN and its latest location in Waterloo is immense.
“Rob and Tony are excellent operators and veterans of this industry. We know that with the resources Rob and his team have, the shared best practices from their other 6 locations, and the leadership of Tony in the shop are going to prove to be a recipe for continued success for CSN Koebel’s,” said Larry French, CSN Collision Centres VP, Sales.
