Toronto, Ontario — As part of the company’s ongoing campaign in Canada’s western half, CSN has announced the addition of CSN Drayton Valley, in central Alberta, to the network.
Ken and Megan Willows have been at the helm of CSN Drayton Valley for the past five years and have quickly become fixtures in their community of a little more than 5,000 people.
“The claims and repair process can be challenging for the average customer, and we take pride in leading them through it,” said Megan.
“The importance of community is what drives the Willows’ commitment to the business because they know how crucial safe and proper repair is to their neighbours.
When Megan and Ken needed backing from a larger industry partner, they looked to CSN for the combined support and independence that the banner offers.
“We didn’t want to be told how to run our business,” said Willows.
“Every time we reached out to current owners in the CSN network and our contacts within the insurance industry they told us how the CSN business model gives owners the freedom to make their own choices while still offering the support they need to continue to be successful.”
CSN western sales manager Kari Barton says that this latest acquisition is another step in the right direction as the company has set an “aggressive target” when it comes to bringing shops into the network this year.
