Milton, Ontario — The Automotive Aftermarket Retailers of Ontario (AARO) is conducting a two-day Level 1 training course for repair service advisors.
The training session will take place from April 9th to 10th from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST, and will be held at the Fix Training Center at 8400 Lawson Rd. Unit 1, Milton, Ontario.
The event will cover a wide range of topics, including the changing automotive industry, customer service, vehicle inspections and the consultation process, among other information.
According to the event description, this training session is designed for any service advisor “whether you’re new to the role or looking to improve your performance.” Moreover, the event is described as one that “will help you become a better and more confident service advisor, and ultimately contribute to the success of your shop.”
