Toronto, Ontario — Tropicana Community Services is bringing students from its Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer Pre-Apprenticeship program to the Canadian Collision Repair Academy (CCRA) for their annual class field trip, a rep from the organization told Collision Repair.
On July 11, Tropicana will bring 20 students to the CCRA, located within the CWB Group’s Milton, Ont., headquarters. Students will learn about their future apprenticeships, career opportunities in the collision repair industry, health and safety, certification processes and more.
Also in attendance will be 3M, CARSTAR, AkzoNobel, Centennial College and reps from several automakers.
