The fact that we live in an increasingly complex world is undeniable. What is shocking is that most organizational leaders, according to a global study conducted by IBM, are not confident that they have the skills to lead in times of such unprecedented change.
The same survey of more than 1500 business leaders asked what skills would be most useful to them over the next five years, and the overwhelming answer was was creativity.
As change impacts all industries, creativity and creative thinking are now considered core leadership skills in many business sectors. Furthermore, the key to innovation is the ability to think differently, to approach problems in unique ways and to respond to rapid change.
During Puccio’s interactive keynote session, participants will be introduced to proven methods for promoting creative thinking.
The Treschak Trade Show takes place September 15, 2016, at Otello’s Convention Centre in Oakville. For more information or to register, please contact Jamie Treschak at jtreschak@mac.com.
