Laval, Quebec — August 21, 2017 — Uniban Canada has announced a new partnership with Consolidated Dealers Co-Op. This follows recent acquisitions by Uniban Canada of Star Auto Glass and Go! Glass Accessories.
Uniban Canada is the franchisor for the brands VitroPlus, UniglassPlus, Go! Glass & Accessories, Star Auto Glass and Ziebart in Canada. An official statement from the company says it is strengthening its position in the Canadian market by becoming an approved Consolidated Dealers supplier for automotive glass, window tinting and paint protection films.

Consolidated Dealers Co-Op is a cooperative purchasing group wholly owned by the new car dealers of Canada and exclusively dedicated to servicing new car and truck dealerships. It is one of the largest vehicle dealer purchasing groups in North America with more than 1,600 new car and truck dealerships across Canada.
Launched in 1979, Consolidated built its success on the ability to save dealerships money through buying power and volume discounts, allowing room for competitive pricing, rebate programs and profit sharing.
