Two Canadians re-elected to Automotive Lift Institute Board

Las Vegas, Nevada — November 8, 2016 — Two Canadian representatives have been re-elected to the Board of Directors for the Automotive Lift Institute (ALI). They are Stan Poweska of PKS Lifts in Ancaster, Ontario and Harold Yeo of TLS Lifts in Oakville, Ontario.  

ALI announced the results of the election at the organization’s 2017-elect annual meeting in Las Vegas. Stet Schanze of Gray Manufacturing Company was elected to a second term as Chairman. Buck Gasner of DEKRA North America was elected to a two-year term as Associate Class representative.

Other members of the Board for 2017 include Jeff Kritzer of BendPak, Past Chairman Jerome Lentz of Challenger Lifts, Matt Webster of Vehicle Service Group and ALI President R.W. “Bob” O’Gorman.

The ALI Board of Directors is comprised of representatives from the North American-based vehicle lift manufacturers that are members of ALI, plus one elected Associate Class representative. ALI Associate Class membership is available to any North American service organization with at least one ALI Certified Lift Inspector on staff.
