Toronto, Ontario — June 27, 2019 — Two collision repair centers who are major customers of BASF have been selected to win a prestigious award from Toyota.
A-1 Toyota and Balise Collision Repair were chosen earlier this year to receive Toyota’s impressive “Shop of the Year” award, an accolade celebrating small, medium, and large auto shops for meeting rigorous criteria and always being up to their certification standards.
The award is only handed out to three shops a year, and BASF is proud to be partnered with two of the winners.

“It takes leadership, teamwork and a dedication to repairing vehicles to Toyota standards to achieve this level of excellence in customer service, quality and productivity.”
Some of the standards include master level training in all departments of the collision repair shop, strong financials, and very high customer service scores.
BASF heavily supported both shops in training and product supply.
