New Waterford, Nova Scotia — October 4, 2013 – A local business owner is offering a reward in hopes it will lead to information about the identities of those vandalizing his towing and recovery operation.
Louis Syms, the owner of Syms Towing, says the acts of vandalism are an ongoing problem for his business and he would like to find out who is responsible.
“Every time I go up there to the storage area there are more acts of vandalism,” says Syms. “They break every car window, even the tail lights, and they spray paint their names on the cars as well.”
