Blainville, Quebec — Fix Network Canada has announced its partnership with Audatex Canada, a Solera Company, to launch a parts sourcing and purchasing program beginning this month.
“We welcomed the opportunity to work with the Audatex team on the Fix Network Parts Program as they are the industry leaders in designing software solutions to help streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiencies,” said Steve Leal, the president and CEO of Fix Network World. “The Parts Program is a game-changer; gone are the days of extracting the OEM part requirement from an estimate, then making a call to a dealer to order the part which is time-consuming and inefficient, and decreases shop productivity.”
The Parts Program—exclusive to Fix Network collision brand members—aims to create an ecosystem that will optimize the part sourcing and purchasing process. The existing system will receive an overhaul through the collaboration between Fix, Audatex and APU Solutions to allow shops to source parts during the estimation process and communicate directly with OEM dealers, among other features such as price matching, part ordering, order tracking and backorder reports.
“We are excited to be able to offer this enhanced program to our franchise strategic partners to help them optimize their shop performance,” continued Leal. “This is another great example of how our team works diligently with partners like Audatex to distinguish Fix Network as Canada’s premier automotive aftermarket services provider.”
According to Fix Auto, this new system will read both Audatex and Mitchell estimates, evaluate individual insurance parts instructions and search all available parts—whether they be OEM or aftermarket—in just 30 seconds.
