Toronto, Ontario — The folks at Solera Audatex believe they have something that will capture the crowds at the SEMA Show this year, as the body shop management experts prepare to unveil the new Qapter Estimating platform on the show floor in a few weeks time.
Qapter Estimating aims to give collision repair technicians and their managers a cloud-based, tablet-optimized repair planning solution, giving workers instant access to up-to-date pricing and repair information, including the ability to include paint codes in estimates.
The company says it has improved the damage line editing process in Qapter and introduced a new drag-and-drop feature to allow technicians to upload multiple photos at once, and mark damage locations directly on the photos.
Repair facilities using the flagship Qapter platform are already set up to use the new estimating software; all they need to do is sign up using their pre-existing Qapter credentials and their accounts will link automatically.
Representatives from Solera Audatex will be on the show floor at SEMA 2022 from Nov. 1 to 4, showing off the new platform, demonstrating from booth #31127 at the Las Vegas Convention Center’s South Upper Hall.
