Whistler, British Columbia — Across Canada Warehouses Limited (ACWL) has concluded its annual conference at Whistler’s Fairmont Chateau, finishing three days of learning and networking at an award-winning alpine hotel, said Paul Reichert consultant-director at ACWL.
The event began with a social gathering for early guests on Sunday, while official festivities began on Monday with exclusive meetings for Canadian Refinishing Supply Inc (CRSI) members and directors.
Another exclusive gathering took place on the following Tuesday, with Across Canada Warehouses directors and members gathering for their own meetings, while suppliers gave their presentations to all. A welcome reception took place as well, formally welcoming all members, suppliers and spouses to the event.
Between Wednesday and Thursday, members, suppliers and spouses were treated to rounds of vendor speed dating, as well as a variety of speaker and social events.
In total, more than 70 people across Canada were treated to a week of industry festivities, surrounded by spectacular village and mountain views at the base of the Blackcomb Mountain.
