Toronto, Ontario — Sept. 5th, 2019 — In collaboration with Drew Technologies and Bosch, Mitchell Diagnostics has released three new scanning products created specifically for the collision repair and automotive claims process.
Mitchell Diagnostics announced its partnership with Drew Technologies in June. The trio of new products operates comprehensively as a single package that is said to meet the scanning and repair needs of nearly all vehicles. The updated MD-OEM, MD-350 and MD-200 are designed to work to connect, diagnose and repair vehicles with boosted productivity.
Powered by Drew Technologies, the updated MD-OEM is designed to enhance repair capabilities. It provides PDF scan reports with original OE reports provided and access to comprehensive remote services when combined with the MD-350 or MD-200. The MD-OEM provides enhanced OEM vehicle coverage and is approved for the General Motors Collision Repair Network.
The wireless MD-350, powered by Bosch, allows you to scan, calibrate and capture images wirelessly. The device gives repair facilities the ability to scan, diagnose and recalibrate all on one device. Its features include front and rear cameras, Bluetooth and internet connectivity and hundreds of dynamic ADAS calibrations with no transaction fees. The product is said to have best-in-class vehicle coverage and offers the ability to easily route images through Mitchell Connect or Google Photos to your location.
The MD-OEM may also be combined with the new Bosch powered MD-200–simply plug in and run a diagnostic test. It is designed to streamline the collision repair process and offers patented scan report management.
