Toronto, Ontario — If the coming weekend isn’t enough to put a smile on your face, Dave Luehr’s upcoming Positivity Summit is sure to do the job, as the collision industry’s preeminent leadership guru gears up to host a day of community and collaboration on Friday.
Set to kick off at 10 a.m. CST sharp, Luehr’s fourth annual live webinar summit will bring together collision managers and experts from across the industry, including more than a few familiar Canadian faces.
Some the Canadians slated to speak throughout the day include Tom Bissonnette and Ryan Smith from the Saskatchewan Association of Automotive Repairers (SAAR), Johnny Kloeckes from CARSTAR Edmonton, Lorenzo D’Alessandro from CSN-427 Auto Collision in Etobicoke, Ont., and Steve Trapp from Auto Canada, to name a few.
Registration is free and, although speakers are scheduled throughout the entire day until 4 p.m., Luehr is encouraging attendees to come and go as they please if they are worried about not being available for the full duration of the event.
“Positivity doesn’t mean denying reality. It also doesn’t mean unicorns and utopia. It’s looking at reality and making a conscious choice about how to proceed—to rise above,” Luehr wrote in a Thursday morning email blast.
“Our guests have risen above circumstances, both in their attitudes and actions. And it has led to incredible success, prosperity and perspective that they are sharing with us. This is what makes our industry so great and I’m excited to share it with our community tomorrow!”
