Telematics, advanced materials on the slate for CCIF Montreal

Ottawa, Ontario — September 11, 2014 — Early bird registration for the Montreal meeting of the Canadian Collision Industry Forum (CCIF) closes on September 12, 2014. The last meeting of 2014, CCIF Montreal is set to take place September 26 at the Hilton Montreal Bonaventure.

CCIF Montreal starts the evening of September 25 with a networking reception, starting at 7:30 p.m. The following day features a full agenda of presenters from across the auto claims economy. Simultaneous translation of all presenters will be provided in English and French.
 
Speakers for the event include Larry Coan, Damageability Product Concern Engineer for Ford Motor Company. Coan will present on “2015 Ford F150: The information you need to know.” You can see more about Coan’s background and his upcoming presentation here
 
CCIF has also recently announced two more speakers for the Montreal meeting: Paul-André Savoie, President & CEO, Baseline Telematics, and Chris Castagna, Certified Collision Repair Program Specialist at BMW Group Canada. 
 
Savoie’s presentation, “Telematics:  Are you in touch with our industry’s next game changer?” and will focus on the impact telematics could have on the industry within a few short years
 
Castagna will present on advanced materials, including what we’re facing today and speculation about material innovations we may see in the next five years.
