Toronto, Ontario — July 26, 2019 — Two years after being acquired by Fix Auto Network World, Trans North America Glass Network (TAG Network), an auto glass claims administration business, has launched in Canada.

On Friday, the Canadian Automotive Association (CAA) Insurance became the first insurer to come onboard with the TAG Network in British Columbia.
“Partnering with theTAG Network aligns with our business objectives at CAA,” shared CAA Insurance vice president (claims) Dana Soubra. “We are focused on making insurance as simple as possible and to be reliable for each customer served. This new alliance will help us to deliver on that goal.”
While the TAG Network may be new to the Canadian market, it has been active in the United States for close to two decades.
According to Fix Auto Network World, launching the TAG Network in Canada will service a major market need in Canada.
“Our goal is to increase the value proposition to our insurance and fleet partners,” stated Leal, “With this launch, we provide a viable and proven alternative to the services void that has resulted.”
The TAG Network continues to build its network of windshield repair services providers nationally including NOVUS Glass. It is also developing technological solutions that accelerate real-time claims data sharing and systems integration between the TAG Network and its partners.
“With the TAG Network, we continue to streamline processes for our valued insurance partners, franchise strategic partners and customers. This has been the cornerstone of our business model for all brands under our corporate banner,” said Leal.
