Richmond, British Columbia — Last month, BASF Canada announced the winners of its first Customer Sustainability Awards Programme, where the coatings company recognized B.C. collision centre CSN OpenRoad Richmond Auto Body as a Small Business Sustainability Leader.
CSN OpenRoad Richmond Auto Body is a third-generation family business in operation since 1960. Helmed by President Randy Lowe and his loyal team, the facility thrives through its family-oriented customer experience while promising state-of-the-art facilities, equipment and technicians, with six locations throughout lower mainland B.C.
Lowe and the CSN OpenRoad Richmond Autobody Team were featured in the Spring 2020 issue of Collision Repair magazine, where the family appeared on the cover.
According to BASF Canada, the new Customer Sustainability Awards Programme recognizes customers who are demonstrating leadership in building a sustainable future, and particularly those who are doing so through innovation and integration of sustainability goals into their business strategy. To participate in the award, BASF Canada’s customers were asked to complete a short online survey demonstrating their commitment to sustainability. Winners were selected based on pre-determined criteria that were assessed by an independent third party.
