Oshawa, Ontario — GMC has announced that its all-electric “super truck” will debut this fall and will begin production in late 2021. GMC is calling the vehicle a “revolutionary all-electric, zero emissions, zero limits super truck.”
The company says the vehicle has impressive on-and- off-road capabilities. The vehicle comes with an open-air design which allows the easy removal of the four roof panels and front T-bar. The truck has up to 1000 horsepower, up to 11,500 LB.-FT. of torque and 0 to 60 in 3 seconds. GMC also says the EV is equipped with adrenaline mode, crab mode, ultium battery, super fast charging, next generation super cruise, infinity roof and modular sky panels.
Many of the truck’s features have yet to be revealed, GMC says more details will be shared closer to its reveal.
