Quebec City, Quebec — This past week, Consolidated Collision Service (CCS) announced the success of its final destination in the Full Stride Regional Conference—Quebec City—and with it, the end of the Full Stride tour.
Like the regional conferences which took place in Toronto and Calgary, Full Stride Quebec was an opportunity to present to Quebec collision shop owners the visions of the future in the industry of not only CCS, but also that of various suppliers in the industry as well.
Offering opportunities for collaboration, connection, community and industry engagement, Full Stride Quebec featured presentations by Benjamin Perrier, strategic account manager, Eastern Canada, BASF, and Charles Aubry, business development manager, CCS.
Perrier’s presentation offered helpful information on how to develop shops for tomorrow, while Aubry shared data to raise awareness among owners and suppliers about the financial challenges of tomorrow, the profitability of shops, and the best practices that make all the difference on a daily basis.
Talks were followed by a dinner where guests reported that the food was delicious, not only for the exceptional quality of the dishes but also for the atmosphere. At dinner, shop owners, franchises, and banners from all over came together to communicate and collaborate so that people experiencing the same industry challenges were able to be a part of a group and encourage co-development side-by-side.
“The level of participation was beyond our expectations,” said CCS. “Events like this are necessary to educate and involve all players in the industry.”
