Toronto, Ontario — Porsche Club of America, Upper Canada Region (PCA UCP) hosted its annual Shift Into Spring Open House at CSN 427 Auto Collision on Sunday, where there was plenty of Porsche eye candy on site, in addition to tech sessions, a catered lunch, a goodie shop and more.
The event took place at CSN 427’s Etobicoke, Ontario, facility, which boasts more than 90,000 sq. ft. of space. The facility is certified for Porsche repairs, among many other OEMs.
Vendors were invited to set up space to showcase products and materials, while PCA UCP club members were also on-site to answer any questions from prospective members and attendees. The organization hosts socials, driving tours, autocrosses, Driver Education, Annual Picnic, Concours D’Elegance and much more throughout the driving season.
CSN 427 Auto Collision staff provided several short tech lessons.
The event also featured a “Show and Shine” portion, where the company raised $2,000 for Make-a-Wish Canada. Local favourite Heirloom had their food truck on-site in support of the cause, too, dishing out gourmet sandwiches for guests.
‘It was a fantastic turnout for our Porsche Club Open House this year! 100% of the proceeds from the event go to Make-A-Wish Canada. The food was fantastic, thanks to Heirloom. We are happy to host this event in collaboration with the Porsche Club of Canada. The Porsche Certified Collision program has always been very important to us. Two of our locations, CSN 427 Auto and CSN Avenue are Porsche Certified, we are very proud to own two of five shops in the GTA with this distinction,” said Lorenzo D’Alessandro, owner CSN 427 Auto Group.
