Service Record: U.S. army veteran opens 1,000th repair facility under Driven Brands banner in Little Rock, Ark.

Toronto, Ontario — An auto body shop in Little Rock, Ark. just helped Driven Brands reach a major milestone, as the opening of CARSTAR Patriot Auto Body Little Rock marks the thousandth collision centre under the belt of the global auto repair group.

The new facility will be headed up by a figure that Driven Brands has come to trust as both a quality business operator, but a fantastic community-minded advocate for the brand, as Chase Marchese prepares to take the helm of his third CARSTAR location.

Marchese runs CARSTAR Patriot Auto Body and CARSTAR Auto Body Albert Pike in nearby Hot Springs, Ark.

“I’m honoured to be the thousandth collision repair location in the Driven Brands family,” he said in a press release.

Marchese served between 2006 to 2011 as a medic in the U.S. Army, and received decorations after completing several deployments to Iraq. He makes a point of using his position in the community not simply to further his own business and generate profit, but to give back to those he shares an even deeper bond with.

“As a businessman and entrepreneur, it is an exciting moment to be able to continue growing my business to reach new incredible communities, like Little Rock. As a veteran, I also always want to give back to our current military members and veterans in need. I’m proud to combine efforts with my paint vendor, BASF, and Driven Brands to help support a local Arkansas veterans’ charity as part of today’s celebration where we’re each donating $1,000 to Veterans Villages of America in honour of the 1,000th location.”

As an ongoing demonstration of his dedication to his fellow veterans, Marchese even makes the point of offering a free repair to a local veteran once every quarter.

Driven Brands’ executive v-p of paint and collision, and glass group president, Michael Macaluso said he is proud to have owners like Marchese as the “backbone” of the CARSTAR network, and that his “commitment to delivering the highest-quality repairs and excellent customer service to drivers across North America truly set us apart in today’s collision repair industry.”

Marchese got a rather unique jumpstart in the world of collision repair, having started out managing several repair facilities for a friend and in 2014, to eventually opening his own facility and joining the CARSTAR network in 2019.

Join Collision Repair in congratulating CARSTAR and Marchese on this exciting milestone.
