Toronto, Ontario — Canadian collision business leaders are slightly less optimistic about their organizations’ success than they were at the beginning of 2018.
According to the results of an annual survey from Collision Repair, 56 percent of Canadian collision repairers declared themselves to be ‘cautiously optimistic’ about their business’s prospects in 2020.
Last year’s survey also found that 56 percent of respondents were cautiously optimistic about the upcoming year, but recorded far more ‘very optimistic’ answers.
In the most recent survey, just 16 percent of the business leaders surveyed said they were ‘very optimistic’ about their business prospects in the upcoming year—an eight-point drop from the previous year.
In both surveys, just one in five respondents reported feeling pessimistic about their business prospects in 2020.
