Toronto, Ontario — Autologic is being rebranded under its parent company, Opus IVS, along with companies Drew Technologies, Farsight, Bluelink Diagnostics Solutions and all companies currently within the Intelligent Vehicle Support division of Opus Group AB.
Autologic was established in 1999 alongside the release of its scanning tool for European vehicles. It soon expanded to include Asian and U.S. vehicles and grew to more than 200 employees worldwide, serving customers in 120 different countries.
Autologic was acquired by Opus IVS back in 2017 alongside Drew Technologies. Together, both companies developed the DrivePRO diagnostic platform the following year, and, with this announced merge, promise to deliver even further advancements to the diagnostics market.
“In a short time, we have brought these leading companies together within Opus IVS and leveraged the technology from over 30 patents we have pending to help technicians repair complex modern vehicles,” said Brian Herron, president of Opus IVS. “Rebranding as Opus IVS is the next logical step in our companies’ evolution allowing us to deliver even more advancements to the market under one unified identity that emphasizes our strengths in innovation and diagnostic support.”
Opus IVS promises that customers will begin to see the benefits of this union in the near future.
