Toronto, Ontario — January 17, 2018 — SATA Canada has announced it will auction its first SATAjet Canada 150 special edition spray gun at the CCIF Toronto conference on January 26, to raise funds for autism research.
“The SATAjet Canada 150 was a real hit, selling out almost immediately, luckily we kept [the very first one] for ourselves,” said John Turner, General Manager for SATA Canada. “Now it’s time to auction this collector’s item to help raise funds and awareness for a disorder that effects one in 68 children.”
The SATAjet Canada 150, which was created to celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday, is the first of 150 individually numbered spray guns produced by the manufacturer. The proceeds of the auction will be donated to Autism Speaks Canada.
Based on the company’s premium SATAjet 5000 B, the red anodized body features laser engraved images from Canada’s technological past, including an iconic schooner from the early days of Confederation and the legendary Avro Arrow as well as the official Canada 150 logo.
