Michigan, United States — Ford has recalled 775,000 Ford Explorer SUVs because of a steering wheel issue that has been linked to six injuries.
The 2013 to 2017 models’ cross-axis ball joint seizing and can cause a potential fracture in the rear suspension toe link. When this happens, drivers can lose steering control and risk getting into a car accident.
Out of all of the vehicles recalled, 32,095 are from Canada and two out of the six reported injuries are from Canada, as well.
