Jeff Francis’s passion for cars led to 20 years of experience in the collision repair industry. This evolved into a position at Okanagan College in BC where he taught collision repair and refinishing apprenticeship for 14 years. During his time at the college, he taught International, Women in Trades, Entry level and High school programs. Since then, returned to industry and dove into full scale shop management with an eye on lean production practices. He also provided training, technical support and development for a manufacturer of measuring and anchoring systems. He is proud to develop and deliver training at the Fix Network Training Centres.

With over a decade of talent acquisition expertise, Anne Plante is a seasoned professional specializing in highly-skilled labor recruitment. Her journey spans influential roles within staffing agencies and as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Fix Network since 2018. Anne holds a Black-Belt accreditation in candidate sourcing. Recognized for strategic thinking, adept navigation of labor shortages, and a penchant for spearheading new projects, she remains committed to pioneering solutions and executing impactful strategies within the dynamic realm of talent acquisition.
