Scarborough, Ontario — Excellence Auto Collision’s Silver Star location in Scarborough, Ont., recently announced that it is now part of the prestigious Bentley Motors Body and Paint Programme.
This program requires shops to have technicians trained in OEM-specific repairs as well as have access to a specific standard of tools specialized for Bentleys.
Collision Repair reached out to Mark Millson and Peter Woo of Excellence Auto Collision to hear more about this landmark certification.
Millson commented that the program further “monitors the shop’s performance to continuously ensure daily compliance. Facility, tooling, collision technician training and a special BASF 100 line painter certification” are also a part of the certification.
“We are always looking at opportunities to improve business and OEM partnerships,” Millson further told Collision Repair. “We believe that the only way to ensure a safe proper repair is by following OEM repair standards.”
Additionally, Millson noted that Excellence Auto Collision is “always looking for new business partners and opportunities to grow our brand,” and this most recent certification achievement will help facilitate this.
Woo added that the company has also recently entered a new partnership with Grand Touring Automobiles, Toronto’s Bentley retailer.
“We plan to use our new certification to work with Grand Touring automotive, insurance companies and customers to deliver top-quality repairs that exceed OEM standards,” Millson concluded.
