Cleveland, Ohio — OEConnection (OEC) has acquired VeriFacts Automotive, Repairer Driven News reported Friday.
OEC Collision Vice President and General Manager Bill Lopez confirmed the acquisition in an email to Repairer Driven News, stating his company “saw an opportunity to join forces and create a flexible and dynamic solution for the Certified Repair Network space in North America.”
VeriFacts CEO Farzam Afshar also confirmed the acquisition to the news outlet, stating “it is a great pleasure to be joining the OEC family!”
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
OEC, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, manufactures OE parts and offers solutions to various OEMs in the areas of parts availability, parts e-Commerce, inventory management and more.
Based out of Newport Beach, California, VeriFacts Automotive provides collision repair consulting services across North America, helping facilities to obtain OEM certifications and assuring OEMs that collision repair facilities are following certified network requirements.
