Kitchener, Ontario — May 3, 2017 — Logel’s Auto Parts in Kitchener got some positive press recently, thanks in large part to the automotive recycler’s community efforts.
An article appeared in the Kitchener, Ontario newspaper The Record, extolling the virtues of the locally-owned and operated automotive recycling facility.
“The mark of a great business is becoming a valued community member—and Logel’s Auto Parts in Kitchener fits this description,“ according to the article.
Logel’s Auto Parts was founded in 1959. The article enumerates some of the ways the company has stepped up to help out in their community. In addition to being a regular participant in the Tire Take Back program, the company is a Platinum sponsor for the annual Grand River Bass Derby, an event that encourages families to spend a fun day together fishing. Part of the company’s sponsorship of this event includes sponsoring a “Logel’s fish.”
The company is also a sponsor of the annual LPGA tournament and a local drug and addiction magazine that is distributed in the region.
