London, Ontario — January 25, 2016 — An important part of hitting the ground running in 2016 is honouring those who went above and beyond in the previous year. 3M did this recently, bestowing the annual 3M Rick Berg Award. The 2015 recipient is Pierre Seguin, Sales Executive for Eastern Ontario.
According to a statement from 3M, Seguin has been making a significant impact in his territory for more than 20 years. Never being satisfied with the status quo, Seguin trains and educates himself in order to be a valued partner for the industry. He is committed to his customers and recognized by his peers, colleagues and management as a sales leader.
Rick Orser, Business Manager, Automotive Aftermarket Division at 3M Canada, presented the award to Pierre Seguin.
The award is named after Rick Berg, a business leader who passed away six years ago after a career with 3M spanning more than 20 years. The Rick Berg Award is presented to the 3M sales representative that exhibits the highest level of performance and sales professionalism in the Automotive Aftermarket Division. According to a statement from 3M, the winner is a sales leader who has strong ethics and leads by example with passion and energy.
