Toronto, Ontario — The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) has announced this year’s launch of its Pay It Forward campaign, which seeks to provide WIN members and sponsors an opportunity to share the value of WIN with others in the collision repair industry.
The Pay it Forward campaign invites participants to contribute $95 to the organization and designate a WIN membership recipient of your choice, or donate it to the WIN Pick fund for the organization to designate the recipient.
Those who can benefit from the Pay it Forward campaign include:
- Those who are new to the industry
- Those who are currently employed in the industry or actively seeking a role
- Those working as a collision repair instructor
- First-time applicants without company sponsorship
“Through the generosity of people across the industry, WIN is able to make available a limited number of one-year memberships at no cost to the recipient,” wrote WIN in a press release. “Help spread the magic and make a difference in our community by ensuring women at every stage of their career have access to the Women’s Industry Network.”
“WIN offers education, mentoring and leadership development opportunities to build critical skills for success in the collision repair market. This not only benefits the individual, but what they bring back to their organizations and then assists the overall industry as well,” noted Cindy Reeves and Tricia Benz, co-chairs of the WIN Membership Pay it Forward committee.
