Toronto, Ontario — Toyota is making strides to boost the price appeal of its parts, as the OEM signs on with CCC Intelligent Solutions to integrate the automotive data company’s CCC Promote platform into Toyota and Lexus dealerships.
The Promote platform from CCC helps part suppliers offer promotional parts pricing to collision repair shops via the CCC ONE estimating software.
The company says it aims to position its Promote features early in the estimating process, so that repairers can see the best possible replacement part prices before the repair has gone too far down the line.
Additionally, CCC says that prices in Promote can be customized by vehicle make, model, year, or part type.
“We are excited to offer our customers exceptional value on their parts purchases and our Toyota Dealers the opportunity to capture more parts sales,” said Toyota’s v-p of guest experience and retention Mark Nazario.
“We’ll be able to help our dealers offer promotional pricing on critical collision parts at the moment when repair estimates are being generated. We are looking forward to working with CCC, a leader in collision estimation and parts procurement, and being able to utilize CCC’s Promote technology.”
