Trois-Rivières, Quebec — Progi is supporting collision shops amid the pandemic by offering free photo estimates through one of its program’s new features.
The Quebec-based company is offering access to its new ProgiPhoto program free of charge amid the virus.
The free feature can be accessed through ProgiSync, an appointment planning program that completes ProgiPhoto estimates for damaged vehicles.
“Progi felt it was important for our clients to keep working while complying with the current measures established for teleworking and reducing the need for their clients to travel,” said Diane Chaîné, Progi’s president “So, we gave them some tips for teleworking with our solutions. The bulk of our efforts were spent on distributing our ProgiPhoto program free of charge. This feature was previously on our drawing board, but we got the team together and were able to deliver a functional product to help our clients right from the start of the current crisis.”
“Only businesses providing essential services remain operational during the COVID-19 prevention campaign. Some collision shops have opted to close for different reasons. But whether they are closed or open, they still have the option to advance the estimate file process with ProgiPhoto,” said the company in a release.
