Toronto, Ontario — February 6, 2018 — Beginning this month, autobody trainer and consultant Mike Anderson is set to host a new series of webinars in partnership with differing OEM representatives. The free webinars, titled “Learn to Research, Research to Learn,” will be held on a monthly basis with the intention to instruct repair shops on how to find the best OEM repair procedures. During the session, participants will have the ability to submit questions for Anderson and the guest representative to tackle live.
About the upcoming webinars, Anderson said, “I’ll be focusing on a different automaker each month, and will walk shop owners, estimators and technicians through the process of using that OEM’s specific website to locate the repair procedures, information and position statements they need. Once you understand the automakers’ websites and begin using them, it becomes a much faster and easier process, and these webinars will help shops do that. Repetition is key.”
Perhaps best known from his workshops and seminars, Anderson is a former shop-owner and founder of Collision Advice, a consulting firm that offers guidance to repair shops on anything from accounting and social media management, to the development of standard operating procedures. Collision Advice is also responsible for the popular “Who Pays For What?” quarterly survey series.
The first webinar is scheduled for February 21 and will focus on Toyota’s Technical Information System. To register, go to register.gotowebinar.com/register/5230791717390299138.
