Beauport, Quebec — November 6, 2014 — Carrossier ProColor has welcomed two new members to its repair shop network: Carrossier ProColor Armand-Paris and Carrossier ProColor Grand-Beauport.
Michel Tondreau owns the two shops in the Quebec City region. In business for 35 years, he started with a small garage he owned behind his parents’ house. One thing lead to another, and the garage started to expand and develop, and then moved to 427 Armand-Paris blvd in 1998 to ultimately become Carrossier ProColor Armand-Paris. Michel Tondreau’s second shop, Carrossier ProColor Grand-Beauport, opened in 1999 at 395 Armand-Paris blvd. Today, both companies employ about 40 people and have a combined turnover of almost $8 million a year.
Why the recent choice to join the Carrossier ProColor network? “For its human aspect,†says Tondreau. “Quite frankly, we had many other opportunities, but we really liked Carrossier ProColor’s humanism. They seem to be very family-friendly and close together.†Tondreau says the organization’s values are fully consistent with his own, as he greatly prioritizes, in addition to work quality, good relationships with insurers and customers, as well as his employees’ happiness.
Tondreau also selected Carrossier ProColor for other reasons. “We really like the fact that they are well-organized and dynamic,†he says. “This company is highly structured… like ours! In the coming years, we plan to extend the 427 Armand-Paris blvd shop, and many other things.â€
