Laval, Quebec — March 12, 2017 — The Carrossier ProColor network has announced the appointment of Mélanie Gingras as Director of Operations.
A statement from the company says Gingras will combine efforts with the Carrossier ProColor team members already in place to offer operational support to the network’s collision centres as well as contribute to the development of its business volume.
With more than 10 years of experience in the collision repair industry, Gingras has held various key positions throughout her career that have allowed her to develop an expertise in customer service, personnel management and leadership. She also has several I-CAR courses under her belt.
“Over the past few years, Carrossier ProColor has been experiencing strong growth. We are determined to continue to developing our network while improving our service offer to our members,” said Sylvain Dufault, General Manager for the Carrossier ProColor network. “The addition of Mélanie to our team is in line with our continuous improvement objectives and will enable us to ensure that all members of the network receive the support and guidance they need to meet the needs and expectations of our customers.”
