Join us for a day of EV repair education from specialists like David Giles, who will deliver his key insights from a 20-year career in high-voltage vehicles.
Giles serves as the President of PoweredEV Ltd. and represents Consulab Education and Engineering in Quebec City as an EV Education Specialist. With over 35 years in the motive power industry, David co-founded ALL EV Canada Inc., which was sold to Steele Auto Group in August 2021. He holds a Certificate of Qualification with Red Seal Endorsement as an Automotive Service Technician and is recognized globally as an expert on electric vehicles in education, innovation and service.
Giles’ consulting work spans various sectors worldwide, engaging with government and industry stakeholders in education, service, manufacturing and production. He collaborates with engineers and educational specialists to deliver training solutions to schools across North America.
David spent 12 years at Nova Scotia Community College and over 20 years in the education sector, where he was instrumental in developing and delivering training programs for industry partners, new Canadians, and apprentices. He is a regular guest speaker and presenter at conferences across Canada and the United States and frequently contributes to articles and interviews on the motive power trades. David was also nominated as a “Top 100 Innovators 2023” in the electric vehicle sector for his work in the electrification of transportation.
