Electric utilities from California, Oregon and Washington will host a media briefing to announce the results of a study providing a road map for electric utilities to help curb harmful emissions and electrify medium- and heavy-duty truck traffic up and down the I-5 corridor along the West Coast from the Mexican to Canadian borders. The study comes at a time when major investment in electric vehicle charging infrastructure can be a catalyst to help with economic recovery from COVID-19, while also supporting vital air quality and climate benefits to all communities in the three states. |
