Toronto, Ontario — The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) has announced that its next webinar is scheduled for Thursday, January 25.
The webinar, entitled “Top Collision Industry Trends to Watch in 2024,” will take place at 11 am PST; 1 pm CST; and 2 pm EST.
A one hour session, the webinar will also feature Ryan Mandell, director of claims performance for Mitchell International Inc.
In reference to the upcoming webinar, Mandell said that over the last several years, the collision industry has faced unprecedented challenges. As a result, during the live broadcast, Mandell will discuss the most consequential trends affecting the collision repairers, auto insurance and vehicle manufacturers.
Topics will specifically include the rise of trucks, SUVs and luxury automobiles on the road; fluctuating vehicle prices on total loss frequency; rising average repairable claims severity; inflation and ongoing supply chain disruptions; Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) associated with the repair process; increasing refinish and labor costs; and record-breaking electric vehicle (EV) sales.
