Mississauga, Ontario — Nissan Canada has announced changes to its management team, all of which will take effect July 1, 2021.
Ken Hearn, current director of Dealer Network Development and Customer Quality, will be appointed as Director of Marketing, succeeding Adam Paterson who will assume a new important challenge outside of Nissan Canada. Paterson’s new assignment will be announced in the coming weeks.
Trevor Longley, current director of Aftersales Operations for Nissan and INFINITI USA, will be appointed as Director of Dealer Network Development and Customer Quality for Nissan Canada.
Hearn and Longley will report to Steve Milette, President of Nissan Canada.
Since joining Nissan Canada in 2013, Hearn has held a variety of progressive roles. In his new position, Hearn will be responsible for the planning and implementation of all marketing, communications and media for national, retail, digital, customer relationship management, sponsorships and auto shows. Hearn will also lead product planning and day-to-day market actions on Nissan products.
As newly appointed Director of Dealer Network Development & Customer Quality, Longley’s role will see him managing the customer quality process, customer experience and product training while leading the development of the dealer network for Nissan Canada. Prior to his role in the U.S., Longley served as Director of Aftersales and Quality Assurance for three years at NCI and is excited to be back in Canada.
Both Hearn and Longley will be based out of Mississauga, Ontario.
