Toronto, Ontario — Domenic Ieraci, President of Simplicity Car Care, has been featured in Business Magnate Magazine as one of Canada’s Most Influential Entrepreneurs Establishing a Strong Global Presence in 2024.
Ieraci’s journey into the automotive industry began at a young age, growing up within a family deeply entrenched in the collision repair business. After recognizing the need for adaptation in the evolving market, Domenic and his cousins launched Simplicity Car Care, a franchise that now boasts a network of 96 locations across Canada.
As a visionary entrepreneur, Domenic understands the need for consolidation within the collision repair sector globally. Simplicity Car Care aims to simplify and make car care affordable for every vehicle owner worldwide.
Ieraci’s commitment to social responsibility has led him and his wife to establish the Children on the Rise foundation, with a mission to raise $1 million for the SickKids hospital in Toronto. The foundation has surpassed its initial goal, raising over $1.2 million to date.
As a leader, Ieraci believes in leading with authenticity and empathy, connecting with others on a human level. He fosters a shared vision among his team, prioritizing communication and alignment within the organization.
“In my experience, when a group of people can align on a unified vision, great things happen,” says Ieraci.
Alongside Ieraci, Business Magnate Magazine also features other notable Canadian figures who have significantly impacted their respective industries, including:
