Toronto, Ontario — Fix Network has proudly announced the successful completion of its second year of the Leadership Development Program.
Launched in 2022, the Leadership Development Program has, over the past two years, worked to equip emerging leaders with essential skills and knowledge, empowering them to excel in their roles and drive positive change within the organization.
The program’s comprehensive curriculum, rooted in evidence-based research and behavioural principles, aims to ensure that participants graduate as confident leaders capable of navigating real world challenges.
According to a recent press release, “by bringing together diverse talents from various sectors of the organization, the program fosters collaboration, innovation and adaptability, creating a vibrant community of thought leaders.”
