Toronto, Ontario — December 8, 2015 — OEM certifications for collision repair centres are becoming more common, and the upcoming Guild 21 conference call takes a look into the Honda ProFirst program. The special guests for the call will be Chris Tobie and Gary Ledoux from American Honda. In addition to providing an overview of the Honda ProFirst program, Tobie and Ledoux will dig into the latest Honda/Acura collision repair updates. The call takes place December 10, 2015 at 2 pm EST.
Ledoux is American Honda’s Assistant National Manager for Collision Parts Marketing. His primary responsibly includes administration of the ProFirst Certified program in the US and collision industry communications. He has a broad depth of experience in the parts fields, having worked for numerous OEMs.
Tobie is Diagnostic Developer – Collision Re-Think Project for American Honda. He started with the company in 2004 as an instructional designer and diagnostic developer. In 2013, his duties expanded and changed to include research and development of collision repair technical training and collision service publications for Honda and Acura vehicles. Tobie also develops the online Honda collision repair training modules, now available through I-CAR.
