London, United Kingdom — February 8, 2017 — Laurence Vivet-Ract, CEO of Southern Europe for Innovation Group, has joined the speaker line-up for the IBIS Global Summit 2017, taking place June 12 to 14 at the Meliá Castilla in Madrid. Collision Repair magazine is the exclusive Canadian media partner for IBIS.
Innovation Group became part of the Carlyle Group in December 2015 and Vivet-Ract is uniquely placed to discuss the collision industry’s relationship with private equity, especially regarding how high level investment has affected the body shop business and what the future is likely to hold.
Vivet-Ract managed sales, marketing and operations for several large industrial businesses at international level prior to launching an insurer facing accident management start up for AkzoNobel in France. This company was acquired by Innovation Group in 2008. Strong relationships with leading insurers and leasing companies mean she is ideally placed to deliver insider expertise on both sectors.
The theme for 2017’s Global Summit is “The Currency of Trust,” with sessions highlighting the importance of good collaboration and the benefits of cross-industry relationships. IBIS will also continue to focus on its core principles: improving safety, skills and standard across the world.
Delegate places are available for £1,885 (approximately $3,107 CAD) and include full access to the Welcome Reception on June 12, access to the full day’s conference on June 13; the International Dinner on the pitch in Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabéu Stadium on the evening of June 13, as well as the final half day’s conference and delegates’ lunch on June 14. The price also includes two nights’ accommodation (June 12 and 13) at the Meliá Castilla.
