Toronto, Ontario — AIA Canada is hoping to put the Right to Repair movement in the front of every Canadian voter’s mind in this upcoming election as president J.F Champagne prepares to lead a presentation pitching its importance on Tuesday.
The Automotive Industries Association of Canada launched a letter-writing campaign on Friday to encourage Canadian drivers to reach out to their local candidates to ask them to prioritize the Right to Repair movement in their platform.
Champagne is supplementing the campaign by hosting a live webinar at 11 a.m. EST on Tuesday to inform Canadians on the details of the Right to Repair movement and vehicle data rights as a whole.
