Toronto, Ontario — Dave Luehr will be joined by a pair of representatives from I-CAR during his webinar on Tuesday to talk technician development and what shop owners can do to make the most out of their staff.
“As a body shop owner or manager, you are clearly aware of the necessity to develop technicians for the future. Each day we find ourselves scratching our heads and asking one another, what are we going to do about it,” wrote Luehr in his email announcement.
Slated for Tuesday at 1 p.m. CST, Luehr will sit down with Tom McFinch and Terry Ticel from I-CAR to discuss the ways in which shop owners attract young technicians, and develop their skills over the run.
