Milan, Italy — Our team was in Milan last week for the International Bodyshop Industry Symposium (IBIS) Global Summit, where international delegates of the collision repair industry gathered for two-and-a-half days of speaker presentations and ample time for networking among global partners.
This year’s Global Summit theme was Strategies for Sustainable Success, centring on conversations in supply chains; prioritizing people, bodyshop technology and insurer insights.
Speakers included Sam Mercanti of MMI, formerly of CARSTAR Canada; Dave Gunderson of 3M Automotive Aftermarket, Mario Dimovski of the Boyd Group; Cris Hollingsworth of Repairify and many more.
